The newly fitted kitchenette is fully equipped to suit your self-catering needs with a gas hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and fridge freezer. The sleeping accommodation is very comfortable and can be easily adapted, featuring a master bedroom with doors which open onto the private garden and a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and furnishings with a hint of the exotic! The sofa in the living room can be made into a further double bed to provide additional accommodation for 2 further guests if and when required. The property offers a modern shower room with all the desired sanitary ware and a washing machine and laundry facilities for your convenience whilst on your self-catering holiday. The property also boosts extensive external space with a large elevated sun terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining, in addition to a spacious garden in which to relax and enjoy the Italian sunshine in privacy. The garden even offers a secluded pond fed by fresh spring water from the surrounding mountains! A covered patio which enjoys the sunlight from the early morning is the ideal place to enjoy your breakfast or a morning coffee and there is also an additional charming lake view balcony which is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening whilst you watch the sun set over the central lake. The property can be accessed by elevator. There is also a private garage with automatic remote control doors. Fiumelatte train station which offers fast public transport to Milan can be accessed directly from the condominium. The village of Fiumelatte is part of the popular lakeside town of Varenna and provides locals with a good and authentic restaurant, local bakery and other local amenities. Varenna itself, just 10 minutes walk away, is a very ancient medieval town with beautiful cobbled streets, pastel painted houses, flowering plants and romantic views to the Lake towards the west of Lake Como. Nigh time entertainment is ideal for couples, with many great restaurants and wine bars for you to try! There are also many local amenities to hand here including boutique shops, banks and attractions including Queen Theodolinda’s ancient castle of Vezio and the botanical lakefront gardens at Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi.
